Terms and Conditions of 888g – Clear Rules for Betting with Confidence

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 888g ("Platform", "we", or "888g") and any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the services available at 888g.life ("User" or "you"). By creating an account, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted all the terms described herein.

For the purposes of this document, the following definitions apply:

These Terms apply to all 888g services, including Sports Betting (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB, UFC, e-sports, and other available sports), live casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), slots, crash games, and any other features available on the platform.

To use the services of 888g, the User must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older of age at the time of registration — 888g does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• To hold valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil, and the user must be a resident of Brazilian territory.
• Not be on any active self-exclusion list from betting platforms or responsible gambling programs.
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of a 888g staff member.
• Register accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number.

During registration, the User chooses a personal, non-transferable password. 888g will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for notifying support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

888g reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify a User's identity at any time — particularly during the KYC process (required before the first withdrawal). KYC is completed once and involves submitting a photo of your ID (valid RG or CNH) and a selfie holding the document. Review generally takes up to 24 business hours. Once approved, all future withdrawals are processed automatically.

All bets placed on 888g are governed by the following general rules, which apply to Sports Betting and casino unless otherwise stated in the specific rules of each market or game:

3.1 Sports Betting

• A confirmed bet is permanent — bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation, except through the cash out feature where available.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and may be changed by 888g at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odd shown at the moment of confirmation is the one that applies.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the originally scheduled time, all pre-match bets will be fully refunded to the User. Events rescheduled within 48 hours keep all bets valid.
• In the event of obvious pricing error (odds clearly inconsistent with the market), 888g reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and issue a full refund of the amount wagered.
• Parlay bets combine odds from different events. If one of the events is cancelled, the parlay is recalculated excluding the cancelled event.
• The cash out is available on selected bets during live events. The cash out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than the original stake. 888g may suspend cash out during periods of high volatility.

3.2 Casino and Games

• All 888g casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live streams with real dealers, as indicated on each game.
• Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed, except in the event of a proven technical failure that is documented and reported to support within 24 hours.
• In the event of technical failure during a gaming session — disconnection, freeze, or system error — the session state is recovered as soon as the connection is restored. If recovery is not possible, the amount wagered in the affected round is refunded.
• 888g prohibits any form of match manipulation, use of bots, automation software, or coordinated strategies across multiple accounts to exploit promotions.

All deposits and withdrawals at the 888g are conducted exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$, BRL). The platform does not operate in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

888g accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all exclusively in BRL:

• Pix: minimum deposit of R$ 10.00, minimum withdrawal of R$ 20.00. Instant processing, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays. Integrated with the Central Bank of Brazil's system.
• Boleto Bancário: minimum deposit of R$ 30.00. Settlement within up to 3 business days. Payable at any bank branch, lottery outlet, or home banking app. Not available for direct withdrawal.
• Credit/Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard accepted. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00. Refunds to card within 1 to 5 business days, subject to the card issuer's policy.
• PicPay: deposits and withdrawals from R$ 10.00. Instant processing via PicPay balance or linked card.
• Mercado Pago: deposits and withdrawals from R$ 10.00. Processing within 5 minutes.
• Bank TED Transfer: available at major Brazilian banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Santander). Minimum deposit of R$ 50.00, minimum withdrawal of R$ 100.00. Processing within up to 1 business day.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The first withdrawal requires completion of the KYC verification process. Subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically.
• The Pix key or bank account provided for withdrawals must be registered under the same CPF of the 888g account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional documentation as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Bonus balance is subject to rollover requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only your own balance (from deposits) may be withdrawn at any time with no rollover restrictions.
• 888g does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by the User's bank or financial institution are the sole responsibility of that institution.

The 888g offers regular bonuses and promotions to its users, including a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit, cashback promotions, bet insurance, and special offers for Brasileirão rounds, Superliga de Vôlei, and other events. Each promotion is governed by its own specific rules made available at the time of the offer, complemented by the general rules below:

• Bonuses are credited automatically to the User's account once the activation conditions described in each offer are met.
• The rollover (wagering requirement) applies exclusively to the bonus amount received — never to the User's own balance. The User's own balance may be withdrawn at any time.
• Bonuses have expiration date defined in each promotion's rules. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account.
• Participation in promotions is limited to one account per CPF, per IP address, and per device. Using multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses is considered abuse and will result in the cancellation of those bonuses and, potentially, the account itself.
• Bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 (decimal) generally do not count toward rollover requirements — the minimum valid odds are defined in each promotion's specific rules.
• 888g reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, while respecting the rights of Users who are already in the process of fulfilling the requirements of an active offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected — such as artificial betting patterns, collusion, or manipulation — 888g may withhold the bonuses in question for review and request clarification from the User before any decision is made.

The 888g believes that betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of stress or financial loss. That is why we offer responsible gambling tools that go beyond the minimum requirements, available to all Users in the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: you can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately once set and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Betting limits: set a maximum stake per bet to keep your spending under control each session.
• Temporary self-exclusion: lock your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During the lock period, no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Permanent self-exclusion: if you wish to permanently close your relationship with 888g, you may request a permanent account closure through support. The account will remain closed for a minimum of 5 years.
• Financial reality: 888g never encourages betting beyond what the User can afford to lose. Never bet with money set aside for essentials such as rent, food, or bills.

The 888g processes all Users' personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). By creating an account, the User consents to the collection and processing of data necessary to provide the services, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

• We collect only the data strictly necessary: full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, phone number, and payment details for transaction processing.
• Your Details are never sold to third parties. We only share information with essential service providers (payment processing, identity verification) and when required by law or a competent authority.
• All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Brazil's leading banks.
• The User has the right to request access, correction, portability, or deletion of their personal data at any time by emailing suporte@888g.life.

The User may request voluntary account closure at any time through support. The closure process requires withdrawing all available funds before the account is permanently closed. Any unmet bonus balances are canceled upon closure.

The 888g reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following cases, without prior notice when the urgency of the situation requires it:

• Providing false information or fraudulent documentation during registration or the KYC process.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF or to abuse bonuses and promotions.
• Use of bots, automation software, or any other technology to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Suspected money laundering, financing of illicit activities, or any activity that violates Brazilian law.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior directed at support team members or other users of the platform.
• Confirmed access by a user under 18 years of age.

In cases of suspension due to suspected irregularities, account funds are held during the investigation period — which must not exceed 30 business days. If the investigation does not confirm any irregularity, the account is reactivated and all funds are released in full.

The 888g will make all reasonable efforts to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we are not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance — communicated in advance — or by unforeseen technical failures.
• Connectivity issues or device failures on the User's end that prevent access to the platform.
• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the User in accordance with the platform's rules — betting is inherently a risk-based activity and outcomes are uncertain by nature.
• Pix or TED processing delays caused by instability in the Banco Central do Brasil infrastructure or the User's own financial institutions.
• Unauthorized access to the User's account resulting from the User's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

Under no circumstances shall 888g's total liability to the User for damages arising from proven technical failures exceed the value of the bets affected by the failure in question.

The 888g may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian law, platform features, or internal policies. Any significant change will be communicated to the User at least 7 days in advance by email and platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request account closure without penalty within the notice period.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For any disputes arising from the use of the platform that cannot be resolved amicably through support, the jurisdiction of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, is hereby elected, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
